how do I stop feeling lonely without needing to interact with other people

how can I forget what it’s like to have friends and communities

@azalea I just don’t think I can really handle being around others anymore, every single person I’ve gotten close to has cut me out of their life eventually, this just keeps happening and the regrets keep building up and I don’t think it’s going to stop any time soon if I can’t do better at isolating myself
