@Aco @11 diagnoses are just a label that you pay a psychiatrist to give you that you could fucking give yourself. the only difference is that they dont let you get accommodations like medication if you dont get a neurotypical person with a fancy degree to tell you what you are for you

@Aco @11 their identity can be valid even if it doesnt line up quite right with the definition in the fucking eugenics handbook known as the dsm-5. if you have similarish symptoms and experiences that you can relate to others in the bpd community then you can call yourself bpd. its literally just a label. we just use labels to describe our experiences. if you feel like a different label would fit somebuggy better thats perfectly fine as long as you're not telling them how they should identify.

@Aco ive met some people who say theyre "bpd systems" and yea i think plurality is a totally valid lens through which to see your borderline personality states

i think being able to not show your posts on the web view of your instance is cool but can other softwares please implement proper infoboxes for it instead of throwing a thousand errors at you when you open a profile on the web
