@tael there was a thinkpiecey short fiction film on YouTube back around the google glass days that had a similar concept as well. I guess my concern is that it's gonna become a lot more mainstream; think seeing Vision Pro at a coffee shop

@deersyrup I'm not too worried about that, VR is extremely niche still and the Vision Pro did not really take off. Anyone wearing one out in public will rightly be subjected to ridicule.

@tael not in my city haha. people get stares but it's Around in a way that's visible and weird. seeing someone walking towards u wearing one of those things and u can't see their eyes is really freaky

plus something like talking to an AirPod has been normalized in society since like, bluetooth earpieces
